Data we process

We only collect the data required to run AISUS:

  • Account and contact: name, optional email, language and approximate country.
  • Spiritual interactions: texts and audio you choose to save for your diary or to improve the model.
  • Technical metrics: device identifiers, error logs and anti-fraud checks.

How we use it and legal bases

We process information to:

  • Provide the service (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): create conversations, remember your progress and send operational notices.
  • Improve AISUS (legitimate interest): analyse aggregated usage to design new pastoral experiences.
  • Comply with the law (legal obligation): answer lawful requests and prevent abuse.

Storage, security and vendors

AISUS is operated by Vini Labs LLC (USA), the data controller. We host information in the EU and the United States with encryption at rest and in transit, strict access controls and periodic reviews.

We keep your conversations while your account remains active. You may request deletion or export by emailing info@aisus.app.

Your rights

You can exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can contact your local data protection authority.
